The friendly front desk staff were always on hand, accommodating my requests and sharing valuable local insights, truly embodying Kiwi hospitality. I particularly appreciated the convenient amenities like the well-maintained outdoor pool and laundry facilities, catering perfectly to families like mine who love the outdoors.While the stay was mostly pleasant, a slight hiccup was the limited towel service during my week-long visit, which seemed to be a minor oversight amidst the overall welcoming atmosphere. However, the staff's willingness to assist, even during late hours, left a lasting positive impression.
